Louis is a director of Venter and Associates Inc. and heads the Commercial and Corporate Litigation Department of our firm where he focuses his efforts on providing holistic commercial, litigation and corporate structure advice and services.
After obtaining his BA, BA Hons (Industrial Psychology) and LL.B degrees at the University of the Free State, Louis started his career in Gauteng as a litigation attorney. He gained invaluable experience by providing a broad range of commercial, litigation and corporate structure-related services to his clients.
Although Louis is always working to expand his knowledge, he enjoys the relational aspect of legal services, including developing mutually beneficial relationships with clients to which he adds value.
